Exercise of Share Options
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, announces that on 4 May 2010 it allotted 49,150
ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the company ("Ordinary Shares") in satisfaction of employee share option exercises.
Application has been made for the 49,150 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, and trading is expected to commence on
10
May 2010 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, these shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary
Shares of the Company.
After Admission, Alliance will have 228,008,676 Ordinary Shares in issue.
