Major Interest in Shares
Alliance Pharma plc (AIM: APH), the speciality pharmaceutical company, was informed on 6 May 2010 that Nigel Wray
purchased, on 5 May 2010, 750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
Mr Wray's resultant shareholding is 25,269,995 ordinary shares, equivalent to 11.08% of the Company's issued share
capital.
